With this new partnership, TELNOVO will be able to offer Talkdesk’s automation-first customer experience solutions, including its award-winning Talkdesk CX Cloud.
Talkdesk CX Cloud integrates customer experience applications for customer self-service, omnichannel engagement, workforce engagement, employee collaboration, and customer experience analytics.
