The JCI Manila, Inc. is Asia’s first and premier leadership development organization composed of young entrepreneurs, businessmen, aspiring politicians and committed socio-civic workers who aim to hone their leadership development skills within the context of community development activities. PROJECT “JCI Manila RUN FOR LIFE 2014” Every year hundreds of indigent children suffer from a curable strain of leukemia known as ALL. This condition requires several years of sustained treatment at a considerable cost, both financially and emotionally. The Leukemic Indigents Fund Endowment (LIFE) is an organization that seeks to address this problem by providing for the material, psycho-social and spiritual needs of these children. In line with these efforts, JCI Manila, together with LIFE, is organizing RUN FOR LIFE 2014, an annual fun run to raise funds and awareness for LIFE. Now on its second year, RUN FOR LIFE 2014 is seeking to expand into a bigger, better event. On July 27, 2014 at Dasmariñas Village, Makati, we intend to gather 600 individuals to run for the cause of helping cure leukemic children.
