Department: Network Operations Center

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process provisioning issues and resolve connectivity concerns.
  • Coordinate closely with network services to ensure resolution of escalated concerns.
  • Do call-outs to customers and vendors to provide feedback regarding reported concern/s.
  • Resolve vendor circuit issues including contacting vendor if applicable
  • Supporting clients over the phone
  • Installing, configuring and supporting mail servers, proxy servers, LAN, WAN, WiFi, Cisco routers, switches, modems, receivers, firewalls and related technologies.
  • Manage VoIP switches and gateways remotely.
  • Holder of an engineering degree in Networking, Computer and Communication, or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience in handling technical support or escalation.
  • Self motivated and self-learner, with the ability to work as a team member and under pressure
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and MS Excel and Access. Knowledge in Linux applications is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal and desktop skills.
  • Responsible, proactive with good analytical mind and positive working attitude
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays

Account Managers
Department: Sales

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop business opportunities with Telecom Carriers and Call Centres
  • Manage relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to existing and new customers
  • Assisting in prioritizing and allocation of resources in meeting customer demands

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related course
  • Working experience in sales/marketing environment preferably in Telecom or IT industry
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and desktop skills.
  • Strong initiative, analytical mind, good business sense and result-oriented
